Gave the old girl a fair bit of attention just before the winter set in last year and used a Meguiar's three stage kit which gave decent results. Yes far better products out there but it seemed to do the trick. That was four months ago now so today she got a full under chassis "de-salt", snow foam, two bucket method wash, twice, chamois, then gave her another layer of Meguiar's deep crystal polish and again another layer of Meguiar's deep crystal carnauba wax to seal it all in. She's looking re-freshed and ready to see out the last month or so of salt up here in County Durham.

Carnauba on;

Carnauba off Damn those scratches keep me awake at night!

Lads - This is north Durham. I live 700ft up and work 1100ft up. We have months of snow yet to come lol Ref de-salting, I get her up on jack stands and snow-foam as much of the underside as I can. Then use an angled Karcher lance which gets to most areas. Does the trick.

Nope can't imagine that Rez. If you could drive down to Northampton and demonstrate the process on my car that would be just perfect. Shall we say Saturday? I may understand then the process!
