1999 BMW Z3M Coupe 3.2

Reluctantly offering for sale my BMW z3m Coupe - Fitted with the S50B32 3.2 Evolution engine from the BMW M3. Listed for sale as I need a car with more seats and would like that to be the exquisite b5 RS4!
Details of the car -
1999 Z3M Coupe
4 Previous keepers to myself (Third keeper owned the car from 2005-2015 and used sparingly as a second car)
Having always loved these beautiful and rare cars from the very first day I saw one as a child, I jumped at the opportunity to buy this example last year from Brighton after selling my M3 CS a few months before. The car is in very good order for the age- bodywork is straight and the panels line up as they should with some minor marks commensurate with age and mileage. Underneath, she is also in good condition. The interior has some minor wear for the age but nothing drastic/alarming. Mechanically she is in fine fettle - Starts on the key and drives very well. Braking and suspension are perfect - Does not pull to either side and the brakes are sharp, disks in excellent condition. I had the Clutch and Dual mass flywheel replaced (cost almost 600- parts and fitting by local indi) at the beginning of March as the original was getting a bit hard after 18 years of use! The car has done less than 3k miles since the last service which was an inspection 2 (major service) at a performance car garage. I have purchased all filters and sparkplugs and she will be having another service and inspection at some point over the next few weeks.
Mot is due in September - This will obviously be renewed and any issues will be resolved - I am confident there will be no surprises! The air con is currently not working but I do have a brand new compressor unit that will be going on. The engine bay is original and has not been messed around with so to improve aesthetically - the cam cover could perhaps do with a refurb as the coating on these tends to wear over time. The car comes with electric windows, electric tilt glass roof, 3 stage heated seats, BMW business radio + Harmon Kardon sound upgrade.
She comes with a Full service history, all important running in inspection carried out at 1357 miles at Rydale BMW. Most of the mileage was covered in the first half of the cars life.
There are a total of 17 entries in the service booklet of which 14 are from BMW. Also present are all MOT certificates and a folder of invoices.
Mileage at present is 118 700 and may increase very slightly.
She is of course HPI CLEAR.

Price - 22 500

Having an infant means I can't always use this car on the weekends. I am offering her up on this forum in case somebody would like a deal with a B5 RS4 Avant. Being a rare M car with well over 300 bhp and no driver aids, she is quite a raw sports car which gets attention from car fans every where we go. The car will be available for viewing mid next month as I am busy with life at present! However, if anybody is interested - please send me a PM with your number and I am more than happy to call you to discuss anything/answer any questions.

I went from an M Coupe to a B5 RS4 18 months back and I must say I miss the BMW, great little cars with such an unusual design and that huge arse, they look awesome. I desperately tried to keep it but I had nowhere to store it after moving house and losing my private parking. The RS4 is on another level in terms of engine performance though, especially with a basic remap and exhaust system. You won't be disappointed with your choice

They do look different to most things you see on the road. For me, it has always been about normally aspirated BMWs. Although totally different in character, the RS cars just do have their own appeal and I have always loved the b5 RS4s and the S2/RS2 estates!
I would keep the car to drive every now and again but my weekend car does need to have more seats. Forum Index -> Cars for Sale
