That car had to be rigged with some kind of special handbrake. No normal Electric Handbrake could do some of those turns/stops and low speed tail out stuff!
I have seen other "stunt" cars using a line lock that locks off the hydraulic circuit to the front brakes and disables the ABS allowing the foot brake to lock only the rear wheels. The TVR they used in Swordfish had a line lock (no ABS on the TVR though), sure there was something on TV about it, on fifth gear maybe?
I remember that the stunt driver could do a 720 without changing lanes using it in the TVR, also that a line lock is illegal on a road car...... Electric hand brake aside, in my experience even the mechanical ones struggle to lock the wheels with wide sticky tyres.
