A3 3.2 Cayenne 18Z problem , please chime in guys !

Quick question, I have been struggling with my Cayenne 18Z brakes for 2.5 months now!

I have had them rebuild by Porsche, fitted new pads (had EBC , now Ferrodo) , fluid flushes 2 times etc etc and still when I drive the car and make some major stops it seems my whole car is falling apart up front right after the hard stops ... This continues for a while and stays so if I keep driving hard but if I drive gentle for a awhile it stops and goes away

We discovered the pads are not being pressed firmly on the pads, when I undo the pin on the caliper in the middle my pads just fall out

And the weird thing is they brake like hell ! I have 2 piece 34mm 350mm rotors and Ferrodo pads and braking is insane , even when the kit is making the extreme clunk clunk clak clak noises over bumps and roads it still bites like hell but it's making me crazy.

Is this due to the stock master brake cylinder or is there something wrong with my calipers ?

It could very well be master cylinder related.

There's a brake guru called Dave, cant remember his full name, but he knows his beans & has worked on various 8P's with bigger brakes & updated MC's for these systems to cater for.

I will see if I can recall his full details later.

Dave Brown, Vagbremtechnic?

I've sent an email to AKS tuning, it seems that Dave Brown works there or it's his shop ...
