And then there was one.

I was informed (on the way back from the RR day at MRC) by a friendly copper that there was only 2 RS2s registered in Cornwall. I since found the other, about 6 months ago, and at the time it was looking a bit sad.
Anyway its even sadder now as the owner has decided to break it so that would appear to leave good old ADU as the Cornish branch of the RS2 clan.
Needless to say I've got a few more spares now.
Every cloud etc.

such a shame Mark, what a waste of a great classic. at least you have managed to salvage a few vital parts

I think that makes 128 RHDs left now.

and your garage filling with spares, shame you didnt catch him before he scrapped it, and got it of him cheap

I would have thought RS2s were now rare enough to justify not breaking unless totally goosed.

I assume its had a front end crunch, but it doesn't look too bad from what we can see...

The front end was off an s2, it had had a ding before, and it had been stood for about 3 years in the Cornish climate. The owner stands to make about 12k from parts for a car that was worth a lot less. Most of it is going to europe. Gearbox and drive chain still up for grabs.

Ahh, totally goosed then. Sad but fair.

I'll go and gaze at the pearl white one to feel better.

How much does Nick want for the "white" one ?

It doesnt specify LHD/RHD, but has them pegged at 91 Audi RS2's either licensed or SORNed in the UK as of 2011. Forum Index -> Audi S2 & RS 2 (B3 & B4) quattro
