There is a spray glue primmer for 3m wrap, if you use this it sticks to anything and stays stuck, i saw a complete ford focus wrapped in 3m? including the dash and engine bay? looked different for sure.

I'd get them carbon dipped or skinned in real carbon. I can't find any details on the di-noc films heat resistance.

For dipping, this site looks good. http://www.pitstopdesigns.co.uk/The-Process(1696482).htm
For carbon skinning, you have to ask around. I did the dash trims in my B6. That cost £130 and a hell of a lot of labour.

Yep thats the place. You want the pro-finish kit as it's slightly reinforced to help keep the weave straight as you work it.
Get about 20 cheap 1/2inch brushes from toolstation as well (19p each) and a pack of plastic party cups from sainburys for mixing the resin.
