Well - got the car, trouble free 300+ mile journey home..  It goes seriously well!

Couple of things..  One of the cup holders seems to not want to fold back down is this common? Need to get it sorted as it's just more annoying than anything else.

The shifter throw is standard, almost like a transit van haha - any suggestions for a short shifter?

Cheers.

Make sure you're pressing the taller side of the cup holder

One side pushes it down no problem, the other side just buggers it up

Well in my car anyway. Haha
Iamneallyons

yeah i have done the other one shuts down no problem but this one just springs back up so anybody with any knowledge on how to fix it?
Alps

Someone here with absolutely no knowledge, so can only suggest sellotape

Glad you enjoyed the run home! Don't quite get your cup holder fault?

Plenty of short shift threads on here! I've never bothered! Some love them 'best mod ever' some wouldn't have bothered! Each to there own! I'd like to drive a few before I tried one!

the fault is that the little cup holder next to the handbrake wont fold down and stay down, it keeps popping back up.

an the shifter absolutely needs a shortshift on there the throw is like an old transit van lol.
