Fault codes on recently purchased S6 C6

Hi
I have recently upgraded to a C6 after running the C5 for a number of years and am loving it. The car is high mileage but drives and performs excellently but there are a couple of fault codes which appear on VAG Com when scanned.
001072 - Catalyst System; Bank 2
              P0430 - 002 - Efficiency Below Threshold - MIL ON
            Freeze Frame:
                   Fault Status: 11100010
                   Fault Priority: 0
                   Fault Frequency: 1
                   Reset counter: 255
                   Mileage: 232745 km
                   Time Indication: 0
                   Date: 2015.11.24
                   Time: 11:38:46

and

005491 - Left Engine Mount Solenoid Valve (N144)
              P1573 - 004 - Open Circuit
            Freeze Frame:
                   Fault Status: 01100100
                   Fault Priority: 0
                   Fault Frequency: 1
                   Reset counter: 255
                   Mileage: 232711 km
                   Time Indication: 0
                   Date: 2015.11.24
                   Time: 10:10:49

The car has a cat back non resonated Milltek fitted- could this be linked to the first code and are either codes anything to be really worried about?

Thanks in advance
Adrian E

If it was dealer bought I'd be taking it back for a replacement catalyst - that's the most likely cause of the first fault

Second is fairly common - it's a fancy mount and they do wear out - fairly easy to swap and not too horrific on price iirc. Common on A8s of the same age

Since the fault frequency on each is just 1, this may just be a blip - defo get these cleared by the dealer and then see if they come back. The dealer will want to do that anyway for the same reason. If the cat is fine, the code won't re-appear.

Simiilarly, if someone has unplugged the second item, you'd get a code like this but just once.

But yeah, back to the dealer first thing!

Thanks for the replies. Was hoping the cat fault would be a common thing linked to a faulty sensor. Have had the code cleared and it has not reappeared today so hopefully it was a blip but dealer is aware and I'll monitor it.
The N144 will be changed in the near future as that code has reappeared.

thanks again
