Post trackday DSG and engine oil queriesCould anyone please advise on whether it would be beneficial to change these oils and filters after each track day in a mapped TTS 2.0TFSI? Obviously in an ideal world I'm sure it would be, but balancing the necessity vs cost and convenience in this case.
Engine oil was 4k miles old going into the day and hit around 135degC after a session of hot laps, cooled to 115 or so on the in lap.
VAGCOM showed the DSG oil temp exceeded the temp limit very briefly at the end of the day. Audi say change DSG oil and filter after 38k miles, I'm currently at 20k.
Following on, can anyone advise how easy it is do to either of these jobs DIY?
