I spotted it after running for a bus and busting my ankle and leg Saturday morning at 2am ish near Oxford St -wasted
Result was I found a McD's burger in my pocket I must have stuffed in there to run - then recalled it. Either way the beer goggles still spotted it.
Complete with sh!t number plate........
Be okay if it was restricted to a show room maybe, or a museum. But out on the roads? I thought I liked the chrome before. Maybe if it was based on a tropical island with a proper backdrop. Just looks too out of place.
You people should be ashamed of yourselves. I've never heard/read a more snobbish-sounding bunch of sheep.
This car is someone's pride and joy and for you to be pointing and laughing is just not on.
Imagine if someone had posted a picture of your wife with the tag 'look at this ugly fecker - somebody married this! hahahahahaha'
If you're not married, try a pic of your mother instead.
How would you feel? Would the poster be considered funny, or just sad? Or simply an ignorant tw*t?
This kinda thread makes me ashamed to be part of audisrs. Let's keep this kinda schoolboy taunting off this forum.
I think you're confusing inanimate objects people purchase to boost there image, with a human emotion called love. Bad comparison but fair point on the school boy taunting. Detention all of you! And a thousand lines " I must not have an opinion that conflicts or offends other people" Each to there own
I don't think it's right to intentionally offend someone.
You are confusing there with their, love with marriage and opinion with derision.
well i think it looks pants and ruins i lovely motor, no offence
But as you say someone likes it enough to risk being ridiculed.
See this months Audi Driver Mag, MTM spent 500 man hours getting a V10 polished back to the ally to look like that, dropped a C6 RS6 TT lump in it and will sell you one for best part of £500k
If you can take it off and give it to me for a few days, then a pint will suffice as its you.
If you can bring the car to us, then it will take about an hour (leaving the grill in place as I think you have to remove the bumper to take it out?) so £70 max.
If I need to send my lads to you, then travel time and fuel adds up, but £120 would probably suffice.
I'd like to get them to try two layers too - to add further stone protection.
Talk to me. I'm keen to get one in the portfolio and the beauty of wrapping film is that it can be removed anytime, can be touched in easily, though it is pretty good for stone chip protection anyway, and you can have any colour (pretty much), including Chrome!!
In fact, I just got a sample of a new pearl white - looks very like Lamborghini balloon pearl (I think thats the name) mmmmmm...
Ever heard the phrase "variety is the spice of life"?
Imagine if the whole world had Nogaro Audi's - how SLOW would that be...!
Couldn't agree more..
Stone protection wraps Nick??
Hi Nige - we dont supply that yet - but I'm looking into it. We buy very similar product, we template all sorts of vehicles, and our fitters wrap all sorts of things, but as yet, we only fit the odd panel for the local bodyshop to Porkers / Audi / BMW.
Historically we have been mainly a supply only company to the emergency services, selling kits of graphics, but we now do some high volume wrap work, and are taking on more fitters to keep up with demand, which in turn is opening up new opportunities!
No reason at all why we couldnt do this though in future.
If you are telling me there's demand, I'll follow up!
