RS2īs widebody going fast project

Hi, iīm not able to put a new topic on "projectīs" so i will wright my project in here (maybe a mod will move it to the right section)

I started my project in march 2009

after some modīs tue april 2009

it was a RS4 step with low boost (0,8 bar) i thought i chance some hardware to get some more boost so i changed icīs and the exhaustsystem

well i wasnīt able to change the software in 2009 so i waited until march 2010 result of the update

the "good" man killed both turboīs!!!!

before i changed the breaking sys in front (movit with 380mm discs) and rear (RS4 B7)

and got some new wheels

so i thought iīm ready for wörthersee 2010, after driving around 200 km the red oil symoble was flashing my ki result: low oil pressure!
i think itīs a result of the bad software which killed my turbos before!

ah i forget i changed something in the headquater:

so i was thinking about repairing the engine or do something diffrent

in summer 2010 i bought a rs4 engine and the "shopping tour" was started

and some other stuff for the block:

and i thought some new turbos and bendīs would be nice:

Turbos are k16 KKK, which are ceramic coted, bendīs are homemade (not from me) and also ceramic coted!

and i thought the air-sys should be bigger:

bought a loba intake pipe:

a few weeks ago i got my heads and exhaust system

i think the heads are realy nice

now i hopefully can finish my shopping tour soon, in a view weeks the engine will go to an engine builder and everything can start

sorry for my bad english and i hope you like the thread!
cos

Great car and a great list of products you have there May I ask you the heads are ported and where you've done the work? Thanks and keep up the amazing build

RS2

hi cos,

i did the heads by ag-motorsport (he told me that he works with the loba programm) so it should be loba v3

-CNC-done inlet and exhaust duct
-Sport camshaft Spezial inlet- (254°) und exhaust (260°)
-S-Flow inlet-valves nitrite
-Inocel exhaust-valves
-Sport valve spring
-new stronger hydraulic valve lifter
-new camshaft drive chain
-CNC-combustion chamber
and some other stuff that i canīt translate

@dr. i build it on my own, itīs a pice of wood and lamineted with leather but i will replace it with this:

Yeah, AG Motorsport is one of our German partners. Heads are Stage 3 and cams and valves are from us, as well as pistons and rods.

Can say we're really proud to contribute to this great build with our parts. You'll lose your austrian license like three times in one trip if you tap the potential of your car

Did I mention the car is a stunner, too?
Bops4

I`m not jealous, much.

Oh and as to being legal...
Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Es gibt viele "Offizielle", die im Internet recherchieren. Bei einem so krassen Umbau würde ich lieber keine Bilder ins Netz stellen, die dein Nummernschild zeigen

Stunning work.As mentioned i also love the alcantara in the boot, thinking about this myself, then i love the carbon also, even the little bit in the boot.

It all about attention to detail

Certainly the way i am going with mine

That looks great.  Like Jules says, a lot of attention to detail - even down to the carbon fibre clocks.
JohnnyB

philport

Great Looking Car, nice and big job done there, looks oem

I believe that when we think of the most desirable S4s yours will be definitely one of them... Great head work !!
pjbRs

Some very original touches and a really great looking wide body, well done mate.
arotished

Finally somone with balls! Looks like we have a very similar build. Only you have K16 and I have LO750.

See that you have a "true" RS4 rear bumper as well, good work! My friend is also converting a A4 to an RS4 widebody with S4 engine (LO530) and he as also gone through the trouble of making that hybid bumper, that is some crazy work!

Also, BMW 850 rear site

Absolute love you car man!  What compression ratio are you running? Your not using a girdle?
arotished

And what have you done to the heads? What hardware/cams?
supersi

Andre
Loba CNC st3 heads, loba sports hydro cams ,and our valve train kit 3 (oversize supertec)

Emanuel
This is going to be interesting to see your car progress and see the results, looks set to be one sweet car
MarkB
