RS6+ C5 Tunetec 640ps LO650 turbos

looks good, how come its  650 kit but produced 640ps? surely it should be a 640 kit? Just intrigued really, or is it 650 capable flat out?

wasn't sold as a kit !  all i know of car is has LO650 turbos and sounded sweet and gos well from the clips shown,so thought id share

really know nothing of cars full spec, but 640ps is good number don't you agree?

tunetec says they have made 680ps on LO650 units, i dont have proof just tuners word.

I never get the way loba name their turbos? Lo530 but the car is running 480?

If it needs supporting mods to get the full potential then wouldn't it be better to use maybe stage 1 stage 2 for example?

and mods list that accompanied the turbo's to make that power would be useful to see as well.

Not in the slightest Si, just trying to make a point that if a fact is stated then supporting evidence should accompany it.  Otherwise it's open for speculation of it's authenticity.

well i just found these videos clips on youtube and thought id upload

and like i said or fact, is all i know is car is running LO650 units, ask some questions on the youtube clips.

I don't understand the fuss everyone is making about the numbers. especially when they are like 10ps out of range.

Like stated the numbers thet turbo's can achieve are obtainable when the car has enough supporting mods...

There are members pushing 520hp out of K04's but I've never seen anyone complain when someone with only an exhaust makes 440 out of them!

Not choosing sides here but the debate about the numbers is getting quite old

Hmmmmm what's better!! torque or bhp???? surely bhp numbers are just are just the sAme thing as comparing willies where as I know what I would prefer   torque = power in my book and that's what counts

If it was about 'willies' Amanda then I'd be out the race lol as I tuck mine in to my sock I haven't seen Loba turbo's but all I hear is good thing hence why my full b5 build is Loba/Mrc and tbh in future I don't think I'll leave either because both have A class customer care and make sure the car leaves the workshop A class. I plan on making 650hp on LO700's will everyone flame me? b*llocks it's a track car so engine longevity has to though of! the denomination 700 doesn't mean I'll make that power it means they turbos can produce that airflow for that power! As the saying go's peak hp is for the pub torque wins races and I'll  end with saying throughout the last 8 weeks I've dealt with Loba I've felt special all though I know I am, it's nice to feel this way lol goodnight and god bless ps I'm drunk it's Friday and I'm scottish

Ahhhh you missed my point I have loba 650 turbos  fitted amongst other things fitted to my 6
hence my remark on power = torque

Haha sorry Amanda I test drove a c6 yesterday and I felt like I needed an HGV license to drive it to big for me. I'll run with no nos got myself some brand-new super sports tyres and a nice new Loba paddle clutch that should help. running with a broken clutch and baldy tyres the last time on the strip certainly didn't do me any favors shame I couldn't make the Bolton event today but the clutch only went on late last night
