Single Turbo S4 Precission CEA 6266

Hello evreyone my name is Oleg , i start this project 2 years ago i've been through alot with this build , car put down 401whp / 353wtq on pump gas with only 16.2psi on base file two month ago i tune my car on high boost 30psi race gas and methanol mix 50/50 ,  it was too much for the stock pistons , so im start rebuild my engine over again with some upgrades

Loving the single turbo - looks a far better/neater setup than the 034 offering at present.

I reckon we'll see a lot more single turbo 2.7T's over the coming months/years

Everything is ready for assembly engine

spend 3 hours for two exhaust porting and it's still not done yet .

Yep with a lots of lags   if you go for bigger turbo....

If fitting single turbo, spool time isn't your priority, it's outright power. The ability to fit much larger turbos

stroked to 3.0 this should have acceptable spool even with a mssive turbo

As much as i like this ingenuity dor the V6...

I think it goes completly against the B5 S4's place in terms of cult following..

Ill follow though, everyone like abit of change and outright powwwwweeeerrrrrr!

That's is my plan spool my lazy turbo quicker and have 15 psi before 4000 rpm with smaller T4 .68 A/R  on E85    Thanks guys  for complements .

I got Tilton Twin disk rally disc pack  7.25" it's a good twin clutch to hold my crazy TQ spike.

excuse my (extreme) ignorance... but if you have 2700cc spooling up a single larger turbo, how much more lag will you have than the equivalent of 2 x 1350cc spooling up 2 x small turbos?

I watched the video and have to say that I love the sound your car makes. Especially the turbo spooling up! It sounds awesome

I have sintered AP Racing twin plate clutch. Can I just change the clutch discs to kevlar, and where I can find those?

Yep front 02 sensors and EGT on each side .

Just order new MAF HPX 5000 with 85MM should be good for over 700WHP . My Hitachi MAF on 85mm housing pegged at 5000 rpm 21PSI of boost

Hi ,

In this vid was over 95F and high humidity, looks like my N75 died because of the heat and it's a original 12 years old N75!  also some spark plug was bad too. I changed N75 and sparkplug and car was like champs at till I hit Block limit close to 800hp to crank and high TQ. Now I'm close to finish my other Stroker with even bigger pistons JE 83MM. Engine going to other chassis 2006 Audi A4 B7 3.2 manual.
