Wheels for RS2

What size wheels are you running on your RS2's?

I am wondering if a set of 7x17 ET55  Fuchs wheels will fit over the big reds brakes

Offset is too high, you will need thick spacers to bring the wheels out assuming they clear the calipers.

Eh?
The stock ET for the RS2 is ET55 on a 7x17 wheel......

LMAO cool story bro

On my rs2 setup I had 17x7 18x8.5 and 19X8.5

The 19's looked great but the RS2 suspension really can't handle 19

The key is to have either a 225 tyre or 235 max tyre at a push but you may end up rolling.

Also watch out for the rear arm it my need a little grinding to clear the wheel with the 19.

Personally I prefereed the 17" setup but you can easily run 18x8.5

I think some people have run larger but the links will be elsewhere on the net.

What offsets did you have on those wheels?
Jamo

They both were 35 ET with 15mm spacers

you can easily run 245/35/18 wheels/tyres combo with a 5mm spacer if the wheels have an offset of ET50.

i have tried this on veloce cup wheels without rubbing. However i have gone back to 225 tyre on 18inch as they are much cheaper to buy and kept the spacers as they look nicer on the car, esp. in the front
Jamo

Running 245 depends on the tyre type as some tyres are too wide once fitted to the rims

Not all tyres are the same unfortunately in size once physically fitted.
