Might be a stupid question but how do the turbos differ from K04's? Seems to make same numbers as a K04 setup.

My turbos are not full spec LO530's as i took advice from MRC when i first bought them before i worked for LOBA, they advised i order unclipped turbines not what LOBA recommend.

darius says 100% turbines are causing a restriction,is not a option we would recommend.

so the LO530's Im using have a different compressor then oem ko4 and some cnc machining

plus im still Stock Intercoolers and moderate boost  1.5bar so some gains  to be made yet on the car,  this was on a independent dyno and was near end of the day so was pushed for time and car was heat soaked, so no hoses was used on the coolers or was even allowed cool before final power run and we never over inflated the tyres, think if was cool both ambient and engine maybe made over 500hp ?

I've never recommended hybrids with nobackcuts? All hybrids we have specced up have either backcut turbines or clearanced hotsides.

It was Andrea that told you to go unclipped:

http://audisrs.com/ftopic12785-0-asc-105.php

We never would do unclipped unless you were clearanced.

yep - but you said you were getting the hotside turbine ported - which is what we call clearanced - you don;t port the turbine wheel gap and cut the wheel - one or the other.

I 100% remember you telling me when you read the spec to me they were clearanced on both sides and ported and i said if you have clearanced or ported the turbine then backcutting will give you more lag.

I think it is a misunderstanding of terms - because the amercans/jacob called "clearanced hotside" the ported turbine outer - to lower backpressure, because they never backcut the wheel.
