I had to LOL at this.

Haha so did I! I think it's only a matter of time but you never know......it might be a perfect balance of performance and stability for an s4 engine no?

Hi Jimbo, sorry i don't actually know the boost! ask viper......

Cheers matt, good to know someone else is running he same mental torque for so long   makes me feel a little better that it might last!

well only time will tell i suppose, but i think it will be fine, its running brilliantly at the moment as well.

If anyone want to see the thread on the build its in the 'projects and builds section'

Part 1 - the widebody conversion etc

and then the next step...

Did you just put on the RS4 manifold or did you use some kind of spacer setup to make up for the difference from S4 heads to RS4 inlet manifold ?

Can't wait to pick the car up, gonna be a fun day tomorrow!

Again, thanks to Lee, Grizz and Rhian at Unit 20 for all their hard work in sorting out my car and all it's foibles, looks like it's nearly done for now!

And also, many thanks to Rich for the time and effort in mapping my car. Rich has been brilliant and his customer service is second to none. I have to say if anyone needs work doing on their car, that Unit 20 and Viper Tuning should be your first port of call, they have all been fantastic in their workmanship and customer service every time I have needed stuff for my car.

Top work

Ash

Sounds like a great car. Mikkos' RS4 is way fast on a fairly similar setup on his RS4.
Any acceleration figures on this one?

Ok but let's answer my question now haha

Did you just slap on the full RS4 intake manifold on the stock S4 heads or did you use a spacer or whatever of some kind?

Thanks

When i asked Rich and Loba about the LO600 for my car, they told me i would have needed compression lowering gaskets, otherwise i'd have had to use them at low boost.

How much boost is this car running?
