So it hits full boost at 3.1krpm?!

That thing must be lethal!!!

Yes full boost at 3k but that is "only" 6psi remember

My Mrs drives it, thats the best test of driveability I can throw at it

That dip in the curve at 3k was just me teling the guy to wait for me to start logging

Sure anything around 1.2bar/17psi would see around 950+bhp no?

Would the car be able to take that sort of power?

Not as a bolt on kit with stock engine internals... the GT35R's are capable of 1500HP but would require much additional work

My tuner can tune it as is to 10psi, (7 to 8 gives 900HP) but I'm happy where it is for now, there are over 25 of these running happily without issue across the pond.

so to give you an idea of how this compares to a stock V10 R8 (mine)

yesterday we did a few "chases" on a private run way.

The Heff stayed in 6th gear THROUGHOUT all of this testing.

I shifted into 3rd, rpm at about 6k

BOOM

We're off, I hit 8,700rpm, into 4th ... 8700 into 5th ... 140mph at this point (private runway)

where is the Heff .... ??? Disappearing so far off into the Sunset he may aswell send me post card.

AND HE DIDNT EVEN CHANGE FRIGGING GEAR !!!!!!!

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

On auto trader now......

The sound of the v10 is enough to make me want one... add the turbo.  OMG.  I assume the kit would be the same for the Gallardo with similar results?

Any issue with the r-tronic box?
