The most I could do with Doug's S4 during some earlier tuning stages (stg1 but not a final version) was around 180 gps...

Do you know what speed the limiter actually kicks in on a standard car Mihnea?

The top speed limiter kicks in at 254km/h

Are you going to share the latest plot for your decatted stage 2 car? I see it has been back on the dyno and reached a new benchmark figure

This is what the MRC car runs just now compared to how it ran at GTI last year:

I assume that limit is regardless of gear - as in not just 6th but also applies to the 'overdrive' 7th as well?

Are there any delimit only options that don't involve an ECU flash?

I use my B8 S4 S-Tronic as my daily driver doing 50 miles/day in rush-hour traffic, if I were to get the stage 2 would I need to get the gearbox remap to maintain the driveability or would a stage 1 be a more sensible proposition?

I'm looking at getting a a6 3.0 tfsi. I know there similar engine to the s4 so what gains would a stage 2 make?

So far we have done 2 A6 3.0 TFSI, and the results in one of them were lower than expected, so one reason could be that the catback exhaust on the A6s is really restrictive.... Regardless, you should see at least 420-450 out of it on stage 2.

A6s will really benefit from a gearbox remap at the same time, as they only rev up to 6200 RPM in stock trim, and this really limits power top end.
