I have a dilemma, I have twin girls now at the age of 17+, we are looking for a car for them to learn to drive in, but how can I insure two learners drivers for the same car.. how do I go about this, as it will become very expensive if I have to buy two cars...?

You should be able to put both on one car. I found that a 1600 mk4 golf worked out cheap to sort for my nephew last year. Cheaper than some 1000cc fiestas.  He is 19 now and looking at a mk4 gti diesel anniversary for around 800
