Has anyone changed leather covers on the rear seats. I've got a new interior but my old rear bench seat is heated and replacement one is not. So I want to swap over leather from one base to the other. Any ideas guys???

I'd ask in the A8 forums for starters, you might find someone with the right colour heated bases.
Otherwise find a local trimmer and ask them, can't be "that" difficult for a professional.

Or just live with partially unheated rears, how often are they occupied let alone heated?
(My S8 has rears with both heating and electric adjustments, but I can't remember the last time anyone even sat in them!)
