Cheers fellas

So, the alternator packed up and I was unable to get in the car! also the alternator boiled the acid in the battery and ducked it, so that had to be replaced. I got a warranty with the car, which I completely forgot about so chucked it into a garage I know well and claimed the lot, Sat back and didn't pay a penny ... Happy days.

Fitment is pretty much there, I've had the car up and down messing with ride height and spacers. This is how she sits now. Going to spend an entire day on her next week over the holidays as I've got some free time finally!

That's pretty tight there Adam!

Give her a good test drive first and let everything settle. My Noggy took a good 1.5k to settle and now I just need a minor adjustment on drivers front coilover.

Thanks again for the kind comments, I can appreciate people might not be into the 20's thing ( I never used to be!)

Mike, I can assure you, once I'm done there will be no clearance issues. I have a full machine shop to my disposal and I know how to use it   . The only problem I have is getting time to use it for myself   . I'm making my own spacers to suit the car and will be adjusting the ride height as i go . These wheels do not bolt straight on without issues, just in case others are thinking about it

Hell, I made this arch gap work on my S15 with R888's

Looking good - I wasn't brave enough to go for 20s - at some point I intend to have my 19s diamond cut to a similar finish, it's a shame they aren't as aggressively concave as yours.

Your 19's look awesome though, buddy! What et are yours?

I didn't realise they were the same spoke design until I saw your car in the other thread. I think the diamond cut face really adds a nice touch to the finish, looks great in the light.

Cheers Adam.
The wheels are 9j ET33 with 20mm spacers and are currently fitted with 255/30 r19 Yokohama Advan Neova tyres - a bit too soft for daily use but grip like velcro!

So, I've changed a few bits recently but I've been a bit too busy to do too much. I almost thought about getting rid of the car but decided not to in the end. Of all people the other half tried to talk me into keeping it

First up, I sand blasted the Y pipe and 're-painted it

Secondly, replaced the header tank as the original one was that horrible orange colour

I sold the 20's as I just didn't like the feel of the car and bought a set of mint o.e wheels, which is currently what I'm sitting on while I decided what to buy next

I've got a H&R rear anti roll bar to go on too but not had time yet, should be done in a week or so.

I be also spoken to Niall regarding 3" downpipes, so looking to sell the milltek resonated catted pipes soon.

Looks like a nice ride height Adam. Are you using spacers at all, as they look to fit arches nicely?

Cheers

It's a bit too low at the moment to be honest. I'm running 12mm spacers all around but was going to fit 15mm on the rear
