LOBA Sport intake manifold B5 S/RS4

Adding bolt-on horsepower to the RS4/S4 B5 is a continuous journey to many enthusiasts looking for more power, If you've modified your engine and turbochargers it may be time to consider modifying or upgrading your OEM intake manifold which until now hasn't been possible unless going custom. Now there's a plug and play option, a LOBA Sport high performance cast intake manifold.

LOBA sport intake manifold was designed and engineered using CFD technology. We have specially cast our manifold to increase the entire diameter of the runner ports and also cast the plenum body too have a larger internal volume over stock, as well as hand finished larger bellmouth trumpets to reduce turbulence and resistance, designed to promote even distribution of the charge to all cylinders. The plenum and runners also have a better internal surface finish over OEM.

Outright gains is only part of the picture, engine response across the entire RPM range counts. The LOBA inlet manifold has been designed to flow much more air volume over stock or a ported/polished RS4 manifold.

Designed to aid efficiency and performance at higher power levels.

Features:

Greater flow & efficiency
Bigger trumpet ports
Optimized bellmouths
Increased runner sizes
Larger volume plenum
Even charge distribution
Large CNC billet inspection hatch with stainless steel fixings (easy access for porting and polishing)
Precision CNC machined
Direct RS4 OEM replacement
Designed for use with the RS4 OEM throttle body and fuel rail
CNC Billet hose fittings
CNC Port matched to LOBA CNC stage cyclinder head inlets (59x31mm)
Cast, CNC machined and hand finished in Germany

(pictures shown are of a ported and polished LOBA intake manifold this process can be applied at extra cost)
