Guys what's the best method of cleaning between the window sills and trim?

The car has been sitting unwashed for weeks to the point where there's mould on the bottom of the windows and arare undo the trim. I scrubbed first with a sponge then got the cotton buds out. I was met with thick black gunk... loads of it. And it kept coming. Need more than the buds!!   Don't want to run anything sharp along the edges in case I scratch the body work.

Gonna make sure the car's gleaming before June as gonna be difficult after that.

Use low pressure water from a garden hose at an acute angle to wash out the dirt

Thanks mate. I was going to either try my pressure washer or lifting the sills a little and running a thin piece of card along. The grime has well and truly built up with the car sitting outdoors!

Finally managed to give the beast a wash today and get some of that mould and crud out. Still more to go as ran out of time!

All I have to say is the car looks ok (never happy) and darned hand hurts bad!!!
