i have a 2004 s4 with 104k i had the rocker cover seals changed and since then ive got a rattle at 2000rpm its been back in the garage and they have checked it over removed the covers again checked all the rocker arms and rollers and chains etc also rmoved the inlet manifold and flaps cannot find the fault , the performance of the car is fine ,no miss fires etc  just this noise thats driving me nuts its more of a loud humimng than a rattle hopefully someone has come across this before there are a few videos of the same fault on you tube but no answers to the problem any ideas would be much appriciated as i love the car cheers[/video]

Did you get any vibration with this?
Curious as mine has a slight vibration at 2000rpm wen car is stationary. Goes again around 2200-2300 rpm. Weird.
