I'm looking to get a dash cam and would value people's opinions .
Nothing too fancy or technical.
Any recommendations.
Thanks Markv.👍

Blackvue DR650GW 2 channel camera fitted to allroad

ITB HD Blackbox camera (itronics) fitted to RS

The Blackvue is great, does everything that you need, with back and front views.

The Blackbox is basic, great HD camera etc but no GPS. Chose this one so that there is no self incriminating evidence if you slip over the limit. Seems a bit stupid to record yourself doing something that you could get pinged for if the camera was seized due, say, to an accident and the previous day / week you had been a bit frisky.

I bought a Mobius one for £80 and it's been brilliant. Need a new 3m sticky pad to put it in the S4 now

Both me and my dad have Nextbase 512G's.

They've probably got a newer alternative now - but can see that Halfords still sell the same model we have. The main reason we got them is that they have a motion detect function so can be left on overnight.

The quality of recording even in low light is superb.

I'm 16,000 Km away from you so Mr Google might find something closer.

This is the one I have fitted. Sits above the mirror.
