It will depend on the tyre type, where the damage is, how big the damaged area is and how soon you found it.
Small clean puncture holes in the main tread (not near the edge or in the sidewall) can be repaired, but not in all tyres.

Take it to an expert at a tyre place to have it looked at.

Michelin? Bit near the edge, but maybe it's just in the rubber if you're not losing any pressure?

It's either Michelin or continental, it's on my a4, no pressure being lost,

Sorted, popped out this morning wanted to try and get it pulled out really didn't want to drive it to much with that in there.

Pulled it out, luckily was just in the tread, pressure is all good
