Just returned home from Sunny Queensland in Australia. 1200 Km each way. I have a two channel dash cam fitted and changed the SD card after getting home. I don't usually bother looking at any of the footage but on this occasion found quite a few little gems that are common here but may be of interest to others in more distant lands. I've only put in two, don't want to out last my welcome with pages of images.

Weather was interesting. It was 33 deg C when we left and there was snow on the hills around home when we got there. Winter and summer in 24 hours.

We have had a local phenomenon, a Road Train, for many years in the outback. They are gradually creeping closer and closer to built up areas. Essentially a three trailer rig, they can be quite an experience if you meet one on a gravel road.

I also had the pleasure of being tailed by a member of the Highway Patrol for some KM's. He finally gave up and moved on but he must have been disappointed not to be able to hand me a ticket for something.

The Patrol cars are really covert from the front view so hard to pick up but Hi Vis from the sides and rear.
