Thought it was about time I got some before-and-after photos of the S4 up to show how it's progressed over the last few years.

Some of you may recognise it as I purchased it from forum member pdrs4 back in 2013. It was a clean K03 car then, with the original advert photos as below:

Suffice to say it's undergone a bit of a transformation since then:

Current spec is as follows:

Engine / drivetrain
- Stage 2 hybrid K04 turbos
- Siemens Deka 630cc injectors
- RS4 MAF + 034 Motorsports hoses
- APR bi-pipe
- Milltek downpipes with race cats
- AWE Twin 1 cat-back system
- Bosch 44 fuel pump
- Unicorn map
- RS4 clutch, intercoolers etc

Suspension / brakes
- Bilstein PSS9 coilovers
- Neuspeed rear ARB
- Full B7 RS4 brake setup front + rear

Exterior
- One-off 18x9.5 ET20 Work Emotions, custom specced from factory in correct Audi fitment
- All arches flared, pulled and repainted to accommodate the above with next to no rubbing (no mean feat on a narrow body!)
- Continental Sport Contact 5 225/40/18 tyres
- Elite Developments race wheel stud conversion kit
- Genuine RS4 front bump with Cupra splitter
- Facelift rear bumper
- Facelift headlights
- Gloss black RS4 grill and Audi rings
- Just had a stage 2 paint correction with GTechniq ceramic coating applied

Interior
- Genuine RS4 steering wheel in alcantara
- Gear knob & gaiter re-trimmed in alcantara

Sure there's some other bits I've missed too.

It's taken a lot of blood, sweat and (very nearly actual) tears to get it to this point but it's finally come together as I imagined and I've been getting out and enjoying it as much as possible over the summer.

Next on the list is meth injection with multiple maps, and a bit more time at Santa Pod!

Thanks all.

No spacers on the front as the offset is low enough to accommodate.

No BHP figure as I still need to take it to a rolling road since all the work was done. Would love to say it's up near 500 but I would imagine 450+ is more accurate!

Running low 12s last time I was at the Pod but there's definitely more to come - the tyres were spinning up through first and second (it's got launch control and flat shift) so definitely need to give it a run with more appropriate (non-stretched!) rubber.

Love that! Nearly thought it was a widebody from that front photo! How much of a pig is it to actually get the RS4 front bumper to fit standard arches?

Too much money, especially if you ask my wife!

The front bumper was done at the same time as the arches, so they were able to be flared and pulled and the bumper massaged in somewhat to all line up correctly. It does take quite a bit of work to get it to 'look right', and imo an RS4 front bumper with standard front arches can look quite odd
